Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Drop Off Shipment
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned components, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
